I have a 40-60 Lb. punching bag i would like to hang in my room over in the corner somewhere?

I live in a duplex apartment, can anyone tell me how to go about this. I know i need a stud finder and find the stud in the ceiling but after that im a bit lost. I have hooks screws that my dad gave me to hang it up with also.
I'd appreciate the help very much

find the ceiling joist,drill a pilot hole for the hook that has coarse threads on it,,pilot hole should be about 1/2 the sz of the threads,,screw in the hook all the way,hang the the bag!!!!!!!!!!!
