Will my puppy's eyes change color?

My puppy, Libby, is 5 weeks old. I will be picking her up in 3 weeks. Libby is a mix between a toy poodle and a toy australian shepherd. Her mom (poodle) has dark brown eyes and her dad (aussie) has one blue eye and one green eye. Libby has dark blue eyes right now and has had them sense birth. Do you think her eyes will change color? Or do you think they will stay dark blue? Could the blue get lighter or darker? I know idea when or how a puppy's eye color changes. Any information is helpful. THANKS.

Given she is 5 weeks old and her eyes are the dark blue I expect her eyes will turn brown like her mother's.You'll most likely see the change by 8-9 weeks old.
