L'orthographe de mon nom est L-e-a. (The spelling of my name is L-e-a. This is more sophisticated than saying ca)

J'ai douze ans. (good)

Mon anniversaire est le 14 janvier. (Its "mon" because anniversaire starts with a vowel. You don't need to use "c'est" because you already have "mon anniversaire" as a subject. In French, you put the date before the month.)

J'habite en Australie avec mes six freres, mes quatre soeurs, ma mere, et mon pere. ("a Australia" is incorrect, "a" is only for cities, you use "en" with a feminine country, and Australie is how you say Australia in French. Because you have more than one brother and sister, you cant say "ma six freres" and "ma quatre soeurs," you have to use the plural "mes." Also, "ma" is feminine, while "pere" is masculine, which is why "ma pere" is changed to "mon pere.")

Mes freres s'appellent Trevor, Bradley, Billy, Jack, Harley et Michael. Mes soeurs s'appellent Tash, Karla, Kate et Maddie. (Again, you can't say "ma freres" et "ma soeurs," it has to be the plural "mes." The correct way to say "Their names are" are to say "They call themselves," which is the reflexive form of the verb "appeler," which means "to call." Since you have more than one person, the correct conjugation is "appellent." It is written "s'appellent" because it is reflexive, that is to say, instead of saying "My brothers call" it is now "My brothers call themselves." Same thing with "Mes soeurs s'appellent...)

Ma mere s'appelle Donna et mon pere s'appelle Trevor. (You don't need the "est" since you already have "s'appelle" as a verb. Again, "ma pere" is changed to the masculine form of "mon pere" and "s'appelles" is changed to "s'appelle" because "s'appelles" is the "tu" form of the conjugation, not the "il" form)

Je ressemble ma mere. Elle a les yeux bleus et les cheveux bruns. (First sentence is fine. Second sentence you need "bleus" instead of "bleu" because "yeux" is plural)

J'ai une chienne. Elle s'appelle Jess. Elle a trois ans. (Normally, if you were just speaking of a dog in general, you would say "un chien," but because you go on to specify that she is a girl, it become "une chienne." (But notice that what you wrote "une chien" is wrong because "chien" is masculine). Then "Elle c'est trois ans" is changed to "Elle a trois ans" because in French you do not say "I am three years old" you say "I have three years.")

J'aime la natation parce que c'est amusante. (You need an article, hence the "la" and you don't need an article between "c'est" and "le")

Ma college s'appelle Sacre Coeur. (Unlike in English, you wouldn't really say "My school is Sacre Coeur," you would say the more specific "My school is called Sacre Coeur")

Ma classe s'appelle Sept Maguire (I don't really know what you are trying to say here- Is Seven Maguire the name of your class? If so, again, you would say "My class is called" not "My class is")

J'adore apprendre la musique. (Because you already have "adorer" conjugated, you need to have "apprendre" in the infinitive. Again, you need an article in front of music)

J'aime apprendre la guitare parce que c'est facile. (Need the article in front of guitaire)

Je deteste danser parce que ca m'ennuie. (Again, because "detester" is conjugated, "danser" needs to be in the infinitive. "ca m'ennuie" (it bores me) is more sophisticated than "its boring")

J'aime manger les lasagnes, les pates, les frites aves les sauces, les desserts patissiers, et la mousse au chocolat. (You need articles in front of everything.)

J'adore la mousse au chocolat. C'est mon plat prefere. (Need an article in front of mousse. "C'est mon plat prefere"= It is my favorite dish. This is clearer than saying "Its my favorite," which in French, begs the question, my favorite what?)

Overall, pretty decent for a beginner.
A couple of pointers:
Be consistant. For instance: ma mere s'appelle est donna. et ma pere s'appelles trevor.
These two sentences are saying basically the same thing, My mom's name is this, my dad's name is this, but look at how differently they are structured. For your mom, you wrote "s'appelle," while for your dad you wrote "s'appelles." Also, you included "est" after s'appelle for your mom, but not your dad. Why is this? What makes them different? Go through and ask yourself why each verb is conjugated the way it is, and why it is there in the first place

Articles. These can be tricky. In English, we just say I like apples, not I like the apples, in French you need the article (le, la, les, l') So, I like apples is J'aime les pommes, just like I like to learn guitar is J'aime apprendre la guitare.
