How do I get bright red hair dye off my skin?

I dyed my hair today, and its a bright red, like how Emilie Autumns hair was. I have it on my forehead, ears, wrist ( it looks like i cut my wrist ): ), neck, and cheek. How do i get it off? I've tried nail polish remover, it got some of it off. I've also tried makeup remover, soap and water, i tried scratching it off ( i was out of ideas xD ) Its getting on my nerves really bad, any idea's?

they have hair color remover wipes, you can get them at the drugstore, itll probably be located near the color oops stuff. sorry i cant think of any particular brands but they definitely have them so give it a go.
