What to wear with a brown tank top that has small gold polka dots on it.?

The tank top has gold polka dots on it with a very thin strip of gold lace. I have no idea what to put it with. I was planning on wearing it with light blue jeans and a light yellow v neck shirt. I just don't want it to clash. Thanks for the advice!

I would wear the top with dark blue skinny jeans. That would look really cute! For shoes, I would wear black ballet flats. Wear your hair either really straight or really curly DOWN. You can wear a long bead necklace with chocolate brown beads. Wear hoop earings too! Also wear some gold bangles on one wrist.
