Monokuro bag sold at Puyallup Fair (Washington)?

I remember seeing this cute Monokuro bag with 3 metal rings on each side of the purse being sold at the Puyallup Fair this year near the scones inside one of the Plazas. I've been trying to find this particular bag again. It was black and white, canvas material I think with Monokuro Boo on it with the words "boo" near the top. It had 3 metal rings on each side of the bag and it zipped at the top opening. If anyone has any idea as to what I'm talking about I'm desperate to find the Asian guy who was selling this or at least the bag again! My boyfriend refused to buy it and wouldn't let me buy it at the time as well. I'm now kicking myself for listening to him! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
