You have to drag the dress to the right position so that it looks appropriate on the puppy. You can overlay the accessory over each other. When you select a costume, a yellow light will outline it. The yellow light will appear on the outline of the costume as you drag it with your mouse.

There is no timer in this pet game so you don't have to complete the game within a time frame. After you finished dressing the puppy, the congratulate screen will not appear. Since it does not have a time limit, you can play the game for as long as you want.
