Where to find a plain satchel?

I've been looking for absolutely ages for a plain, hopefully leather satchel. (I'm a lover of badges and I've always wanted a satchel to put badges on...) I'm pretty fussy though. I'd like one with a shoulder strap, large enough to fit a folder in (I'm thinking of a school bag here). Preferably with no pockets, and the flap going down with buckles. I'm liking leather, but tbh they are quite expensive. So, if you know of any plain satchels like I described, PLEASE enlighten me as this search has been going on for easily 2 months now :S
