I am 14 and i am running more and everything but i want to know how you stay in great shape so i can just get a intake on how healthy people stay healthy. I'm not fat but i am just trying to lose some belly fat so any tips? thanx

if you just want to lose belly fat, then just do sit ups.
-start with 10 a day, then go up 2 situps every week.
for arms
-bench press at your school gym
-do pushups
-lift dumbbells
-tie weights to your arms and walk around, make sure its light, like 3-5 pounds. this can make you stronger without you even trying.
for legs
-do squats
-do basketball pushups (do a pushup, then get up fast and jump immediately)
