What Kind of Laundry Soap Do Hotels Use?

I stayed in the Hampton over the weekend in Cedar Pointe. Anyway, we were in the grocery store and I ate a berry while in the grocery store and got a bad stain on my shirt. Well, we got back to the hotel and the lady at the desk gave me some soap or something to run in it. This took it out with ease. Does anyone know what they use?

I am a former service tech from ALCO in Akron Ohio and we handled many Hampton Inns.

These hotels use industrial grade products from us or Ecolab.
