To catch himself
he jumped into fishpond
becoming opaque
between silk and lethal crotch.
Milk of silence started flowing
from earth's breast.

His name was a flower
who was a blind witness
of the love-
for a moon
which plunged into a lake without a bottom.

Pain is spilled since then
on the charred lips.
Marigold–
waits for the sun
to rise only once.

All the empty hands
carry one eye
of the seeds,
to sprout in jungle of smiles.

What are the most important things to hand carry during wild forest trip?

our friends are planning for a trekking in wild forest. kindly suggest the list of important things to be taken during the journey. kindly brief the reason also.

WILD FOREST HIKING is great and adventurous. Here are my suggestions to you.

1. Lots of water, since you will be traveling as a group, everyone should bring their own water to fight thirst and replenish you during the whole trek.
2. Map or Compass, since trekking in the wild is not really an easy task, you could get lost so a map and compass covers that. A GPRS could also be helpful if you have one.
3. First Aid kit, accidents are just around the corner so always be ready for the worst
4. flashlight and matches, for light purposes and also matches can have many other uses.
5. energy bars or granola bars, so that you have food to eat or munch while trekking.
6. Phone or any means of communication, along the way, you might get separated, it's always important to have a line of communication
7. Ropes - this will be of help in many ways because it can be used in different ways. You might need it during climbing if needed or if someone falls unexpectedly in a steep hill or what.
8. swiss knife - very helpful outdoors especially when its your first time.
9. jacket or extra clothes - unexpected rainfall might happen, its always great to be READY.
