Where is it cheaper to buy a designer bag?In Singapore or in HongKong?

I'm going to HK this March&Singapore in June. I want to know with the refundable taxes in the Singapore airport, if it's going to be cheaper to buy a bag there or should I already splurge in Hong Kong this March.

For designer bags, please go to Hong Kong as its cheaper than Singapore. Almost all of the designer bags in Singapore are imported and the price is more expensive than Hong Kong as Hong Kong has its own designer bags and many of them are self made. For cheap designer bags, go to Sham Shui Po, Mong Kok or Ap Lei Chau for designer bags that is design and/or made in Hong Kong itself.

Additional details:
Price of Fandi and Gucci in both Singapore and Hong Kong its almost the same, but after the tax rebate, Singapore is cheaper than Hong Kong as the pricing will be more expensive in Hong Kong although there is no tax imposed in Hong Kong currently.
