I have a dark green leather suite & cream curtains with lilac flowers & blue flowers - the room look very dull?

I would replace the curtains with something more neutral first and then choose accent pillows that you love. Pull a color from those for your walls and lamps, candles and art.
Dark green looks good with warm sand and accents of cinnamon or burgundy. I'd paint the walls a rich warm sandy shade (Arabian Nights by Behr is nice) and find pillows with some warm shades of terracotta, apricot or burgundy in them.

Maybe you can use your floral curtains in another room but I think it will be too hard to work around them in this one. I like the colors in the last pillow by bellacor best. Good luck.
