Cosplay Lolita is an art form wherein various anime lovers dress up in the costumes which resemble anime and manga. This form is famous in Japan because of the many anime lovers out there. So basically Cosplayer's don any costume and it can be either something in real or totally fictional.

They are found mostly at public events or private parties. There are many night clubs who are specially made for the Cosplay party and events. Tokyo's Harajaku district is very famous for these kinds of gatherings and has always seen an enthusiasm and sporting spirit in these Cosplay parties.  Moreover, gender switch is also not unusual as the manga fans just adore their characters and hence dress up in any way they want for these Cosplay parties.

The Comiket event in the Japanese, market is very famous for holding such events and even parties both during the summer and the winter months. Although some people thoroughly dislike the Cosplay parties there are still a lot more who just enjoy at these parties.
