2)  Will there be sunshine in the garden at the time of day you are hosting your event? We dont get much of it so its always good to enjoy as much of the sunshine as you can.

 

3) Make sure any lawn area is going to be tidy and well kept for your event. Depending on where you are, you never know what event may have taken place just before yours so make sure you ensure that any lawn area is tidied and checked again before your event is due to kick off.

 

4) Does the venue offer a package including summer themed food and drinks for extra impact? It does not have to cost any more but will add that extra attention to detail at the event.

 

5) Location – how far do you guests have to come? Even if it is in the summer and the weather is nice, whether you are trying to attract friends, clients, or staff, ease of location from home or work, will always feature in guests' minds when deciding whether to attend an event or not.
