Is it normal for 5 month old puppies to have a little pink on the bridge of their noses?

You can see my Brittney's pink skin on the bridge of his nose. Does it just take awhile for the hair to get full there or is that allergies? It's not bare there are some fine hairs over his nose.

Pink pigment is normal , especially in dogs that are broken colored . Your Red spotted on white dog has pink skin where ever there is white , and darker brown/black skin where the red pigment has moved over.
When any animal with white markings is in the womb there is a period where the color floats over the broken white ( missing pigment) layer of skin . Its already broken up and shaped , but it floats there , and as mom is moving there is a swishing in the amniotic fluid that can cause a normal marking ( like a Colly blaze on the face ) to shift to the side . There is a point where the color sticks .. Depending on species its at different times ( cows, goats, horses, cats, dogs all different points of inutero )
Unless its scabby or oozing don't worry about it .. if its a large patch on the nose ask your Dr about sunscreen for dogs.
