Gucci Milan Fashion Week spring summer 2011 handbags

In the Gucci spring and summer 2011 collection from Milan Fashion Week last September, the Fashionistas were given an amazing ix of art deco and classic styles. The overall vibe of the show was upbeat and Gucci showed a glimpse of the more structured and detailed sillouettes Milan was presenting for the spring season.

The color palette Gucci used for their Milan Fashion Week show included a mix of neutrals, jewel tones and rock & roll black. Although Gucci's clothing was mostly art deco meets modern country club classics; the Gucci Bags collection was structured, luxurious and slightly influenced by the 1970's trend that began in the fall and has continued into resort and spring of 2011.

The large tote bags that Gucci showed on their Milan Fashion Week runway were luxurious enough to create a "must" to carry the bags daily. These tote bags were shown in exotic skins and soft leather with two top handles and a Birkin-style horizontal strap and lock closure. Gucci paired the soft leather collection with classic skinny pants and neutral colors; featured woven leather details, which made a structured and dressy casual look.

Gucci shoulder bags for that Milan Fashion Week were badly influenced by the 1970's. The shoulder bags were show in weathered leather and were medium sized. These bags could easily fit purse essentials plus a few extra items. The shoulder straps are long, which allow the bag hit in the middle of the hip bone. The colors were light tan and dark brown. This series of Gucci Handbags was crafted using their classic and neutral looks, offering a vintage appeal to the country club style and luxurious outfits.

There was also an orange metallic clutch which was paired with an outfit made up of purple silk pants. The Gucci clutches were soft. However, not all of the small clutches were metallic. Gucci showed a small black clutch with their rock and roll as well; all black ensembles.

tote bag? backpack? now? school tomorrow!!?

i have school tomorrow and i rlly wanted to get a tote bag from aeropostale bu tneither of the stores that r near here have them. i have an ugly purple backpack from last year. schools tomorrow! should i carry my ugly backpack between classes for the next few and order it online or should i just go to target or wallmart nearby and just get one there. pics from target or walmart of a tote bag that would be better are appreciated. arg. idk what to do??

That bag is ugly anyway. If you have a pac sun near you i would go there they have great tote bags, backpacks, and just plain bags.
