Planning a Beach Trip

Beaches are amongst the main reasons certain people travel. Very clear beaches are part of the Caribbean Islands, and the Bahamas, for instance. Less clear beaches, but nevertheless what you'd probably find enjoyable ones are ones in Southern New Jersey. Southern New Jersey contains 3 different beaches with boardwalks, including Atlantic City, Ocean City and Wildwood.

One good idea is to bring a sports bag to the beach. Keep your belongings such as the wallet (or purse), cell phone, and towel (amongst things) in this bag and obviously keep the bag down a fair distance from the water. By keeping your towel in this bag rather than in the sand, you keep the towel clean for when you're ready to use it (that way you don't have to be concerned about getting the sand off the towel). The sports bag is also convenient to carry while walking on the boardwalk, and for the walk back to your hotel.

If you significantly want to save your energy and move far on the boardwalk, consider using a tramcar, or paying someone to move you on something that's made for it. With this saved energy, you might want to stay at the beach longer.

A person might find the beach appealing because of the very idea of being hit by waves, and merely being on part of the ocean water. They're perhaps amongst the main things that certain people look forward to each summer.

Whether or not you prefer a boardwalk, simply try to find a beach that suits you. Obviously different people may have different preferences.

Do not underestimate the importance of sunscreen to keep your skin safe from the sun. Use a higher SPF such as 50 and up.

In addition on any beach trip, a concert for instance of your favorite artist(s) can certainly be something worthwhile. See if you can find one within reasonable driving distance from your hotel or motel, or if it's in the same city here!

I've heard the monkeys will grab your purse off your beach blanket if your not sitting there ....

The white face capuchins around Manuel Antonio are so used to humans they will grab your bag even when you are sitting there. Then they race up into the trees and pull the contents out and anything that's not edible they fling down at your head.
