Remove Skin Age Spots With This Home-Made Recipe

• First gather the ingredients. You will need about 1tsp of glycerin, 1 tsp of lime juice, 1 tsp of rose water, cotton balls, a small bowl, plain water and a spoon.
• For the first step, if you are using fresh lime, squeeze its juice into the small bowl. Now add the glycerin and rose water into it.
• With the spoon, mix these three ingredients thoroughly.
• Now dip your cotton balls into this solution and apply it on the brown spots. Let the mixture dry in your face for about half an hour after which use plain water to rinse it off. 
• Use this procedure twice a day to remove skin age spots from your face, neck or hand.
What happens in this simple procedure is that the lime juice bleaches you skin without any side effects. That makes the brown spots slowly fade away. There are other steps which you must follow to stop these age spots from developing further or spreading in other parts of your body. For example, whenever you go out, remember to use a sunscreen lotion with minimum SPF of 30. Also healthy skins is result of a healthy eating habit; so make sure your diet consists of freshest fruits and vegetables. Drinking plenty of water will also help to remove toxins from your body. That in turn will give you a healthy looking skin. Apart from lime juice, you can also use apple cider vinegar mixed with orange juice or buttermilk to remove skin age spots from your face.
