It's: python print/high waist/reallllly short :[ - so therefore I have to wear something on my legs.
I've been thinking;

-grey stockings with fishnets over top
-jean look leggings
-wear look leggings
-leather look leggings
-black leggings

+++ how do I wear it? Like, with what top? I tried a kind of ruffle t-shirt but it looked a bit prostitute-stylez (which, btw, isn't the look I'm going for!)

It's silky material. When I sit down you can see my undies so I have to have something under it. It's boofy.
I'm really tall.

Maybe a more fitted, white short-sleeved button up shirt.. since your skirt is so short, you dont need cleavage to show. Also, button up straight lines will make it look more professional, less prostitute-ish.

do not wear "wear look leggings" or fishnet leggings ...those both are prostitute-ish looking. I tihnk normal grey/silver leggings would go good with it.
