red vinyl give away bag from a cosmetic company at the cosmetics counter?

i got a bag from a cosmetics counter and i want to find out what cosmetic company gave this bag away - it was at least 15 years ago - it is red vinyl with gold handles -

Maybe if you remember the store that you got it from thatll narrow the brands down.

You've probably already did this but double check for any tags or sign of the brand on the bag.
