The most important thing he has to keep in mind when trying to find a tween Halloween costume is where exactly is the tween going to be wearing their costume to? Nowadays Tweens wish to attend a party at one of their friends place or attend a school dance. Next comes what type of Halloween costume should they wear, should it be scary Halloween tween costume, funny Halloween costumes or more traditional type of costume. Some tween may wish to dress up like adults and prefer an outfit that makes them look sexy or more mature. Halloween is the night where anyone can be anything they want. Some tween may want to dress down in age. A young girl may dress up like a fairy princess, an angel or even a mermaid. On other hand, boys may wish to dress up like superheroes. Boys like to imitate as superheroes no matter how old they are, so you can find these costumes in shops and online. Super girl has turned super sexy in high-heeled boots and a cut-off shirt.

Tween girls with age group 11 to 13 are very confused as to what should they wear in the Halloween night.  Gone are the days when their first preference used to be fairy princess of a cuddly tiger costume. A flapper costume is often sleeveless short dress which comes in bright color with fringe on it. Tween girls generally have a flapper body- boyish and straight. Accessories that go well with flapper costumes are long necklaces, red lipstick and stacked or flat shoes. Geisha costume is inspired from the books such as Memoirs of Geisha. If a tween girl wears such a costume it will give a pretty and sophisticated look. Make up for geisha costume should be very simple. Face and neck should be covered in white make up with red lipstick in the bottom center. Dark liner can be applied in the eyes. Avoid wearing colored eye shadow. Hair should be rolled up and secured with chopsticks. Girls love wearing genie costumes because they are made up of gauzy fabric and in pretty colors such as pale pink or mint green. Some genie costumes have longer tops or false flesh colored panels across the stomach so that girls aren't really exposing their midriffs. With genie costumes, wear pointed shoes. Hair should be tied with high ponytail and tie with a scarf. Ideal makeup is false eyelashes and ruby or pink lipstick.
