I have a gold ring with a large but thin, hollow design?

on the back it has 3 separate stamps. one says "30" next to it "-7W" and last what looks like the Russian letter b followed by a star with hammer and sickle and the numbers 583. does anyone have any idea where this may have come from or any details on it?

583 means it is 58.3% gold. It is 14K Gold. Other than that it's obviously from the former USSR.
