Is seiya a boy or a girl? - sailor moon?

Okay this is pretty random but i have always wondered if seiya was a boy or a girl, and if its a girl disguised as a boy, then is she a lesbien because she likes usagi/serena?

Well in the manga, Seiya is a female.
In the anime, the director of SM wanted to change things up on the Sailor Starlights. The director wanted them to be dudes on Earth, and females on their planet. They basically wanted them to attract the females while they're idols- to find their princess, through their songs.
Basically, in the manga.. well yeah if shes a female who crossdresses, and kisses Usagi, then yeah I would say she is a lesbo.
In the anime.. umm hard to say actually. When u see clips of Seiya and the connection between Usagi, its like love for him. But when Seiya transforms to Sailor Star Fighter, doesn't really show.. dunno its pretty confusing.
