Will the Shiny Suit Era ever make a comeback in music?

Remember that era from 1997-1998, the shiny suit era? Puffy started it all with the shiny suits, flashy videos, fish eye lens cam, etc. A LOT of artists followed it. Say what you but I kinda miss those videos and music compared to now, sampled or not. Compared to today's music, the songs and the videos SUCK donkey pubes. Seriously, I'd rather watch Mase's "Feel So Good" or Puffy's "Been Around The World (Remix)" instead of Beyonce's "Ego" and anything by Lil' Wayne.

Today's videos are downright boring and uninspired. I really wish this era would make a comeback. Seriously, how come nobody else has made a music video like Puffy's "Victory" today? That was a kickass video, big budget, 7 min long, almost like a mini movie, action, sci-fi... Man I miss the early 90s...

I sure hope so.
