I'm the same height and build as you. Try forever 21. They have good jeans for your size and also jeggings, which are those jeans made of stretchy material which will fit anyones waist since they have elastic wiast bands.The Forever 21 jeans I own cost like $16.00. Hope this helps! Good luck~! ^_^
