What is Tourettes and Other Tic Disorders and What Are the Facts?

Tics are repetitive, unexpected, nonrhythmic, involuntary movements (motor tics) stereotyped and utterances (phonic tics) that affect separate muscle groups. Can someone help me? I have been getting these tic's (and I do not mean bugs) does anyone know whats up? pleas?

I've been having these tic's and I am not talking about blood sucking insects. I'm talking about spasms and I've been having them occasionally and I've looked on the internet for something to explain why I would suddenly start having them but I cant find anything. I have had small ones before but now their a lot bigger and sometimes they happen five times in a row.
If anyone knows what is going on please tell me.

If they continue even though you are eating right and getting more than 8-10 hours of sleep then you might want to see a doctor. It sounds like fatigue, or lack of vitamins found in veggies. I would eat breakfast, lunch, dinner (stay away from fast food), drink plenty of water, throw in some walks and get some good rest. I'm not a doctor but many times these help. As a counselor, this can also be a sign of high stress, either physical or psychological. All of the above help with stress especially the exercise.
