weapon question for anyone?

ok i have a question i have a leather bag thing well not leather but fake one with a flap and it has a snap at the bottom but iv been whanting to take my Rutger GP-100 .357 magnum and put it in the bag with one or two speed loaders but i dont have a concealed weapons permit i was wondering if i can do this legally. btw id just keep it in my car and not carry it on me just in my car.

well carrying firearms in public is very forbidden specially on city. but if you hide it properly and dont let anyone else see is a good thing...

if you are living in a rural areas firearms are more or less strict as long as you dress like a hunter.
