How To Get Super Large Calves

So you want large calves!  But how do you get it? You have tried endless sets of standing calf raises and seated calf raises. You have jogged and walked on your toes and read about every book that has some method to grow large calves but still you have very thin calves. So what is the solution?

Synergy! You see your calves carry you all day long and well they are used to the overload you give them –that is why a simple set of standing calf raises and seated calf raises will not do much of you when it comes to developing large calves

So you may increase the weight- I know many people who do partials with a thousand pounds on the standing calf raise exercise but still don’t have very big calves

I will share with you a simple synergy tool that will magnify the effectiveness of your calves’ routine and that might very well give you the calves you desire

Perform a regular set of standing calf raises taken to positive failure. When you are done get off the machine and simply stand on your toes, stand for 90 seconds as you rest for the next set of standing calf raises.  When the 90 seconds are up jump right into another set of standing calf raises and do as many reps as you can, when you hit failure stand of your toes for another 90 seconds, keep on doing this until you can no longer perform one good repetition with your standing calf raises

You need only o0ne set of this get “large calves” exercise, if done correctly your calves will be aching the next day and if you take measures to ensure recovery your calf muscles will grow and very soon you will have large calves

Remember having a set of muscular, healthy, well-defined legs is just as sexy (if not sexier) than spotting twiggy or skinny calf muscles. Toned muscular calves on a man and woman commands respect, it simply shows others you take care of yourself, and have confidence in yourself.

if somebody is super large in weight and are short how can their foot reach the pedal to drive?

i know somebody who is about 550 or less or more i don't know but they are only like 5.6" or around there so how can they drive. if somebody is too big around then they are tall how can they drive is what i am getting at. i am not trying to hurt anybodies feelings but i was just curious.
