51 Mercedes sprintrer van, Just a insight or ideas on what a noise that is happening under the van, its not a knock noise more like a flapping noise sounds close to the passenger side and in central. Only other problem with the van is the clutch needs to be replaced, but cant see this being the problem. Help

flapping? few things you could check...
try the wheelarch plastic lining first to see if it is secured or if its moving around...could be that its been hit and not secure.
otherwise could be lower suspension arm worn or even one of your suspension struts is leaking and gone.
