how do you clean this?

i brought a super cute tokyo tote (by gwen stefani) from the store a few weeks ago and i wear it when i go to school and i have dye stains from my jeans on it. the material is vinyl like. can someone please give me an idea on how to clean this? thanks

maybe you take it to dry cleaner and see if that can get out because i have no ideal.
