ideas for decorating a teen room! please give opinion!?

ok, so in the near future i will be getting new bedroom furniture yay!the furniture will be brown.now i am having trouble deciding which colors to chose from. i am considering light yellow and gold,a soft green and brown, turquoise, just a combination of things.so feel free to give any suggestions.here is a little info about me: i am 15 years old, almost 16 lol. i would like a star theme for my room(meaning stars like in the sky not celebrities).i wouldnt mind having multiple colors in my room but only if im doing the star theme because i dont usually like more than two or maybe three colors. i am very girly. i want a sophisticated but modern/chic decor.i like to scrapbook. so do you guys have any ideas on how i should do my room?i thought i knew what i wanted but now im starting to look at other ideas.so please please give me your opinions! if you have any more questions just ask!

i am a mother of two teenagers a clean a house for a living with 2 teenagers and always some teen aged guest in the guest rooms and i have discovered through the years what teens like male or female,
so here is what you do...

through some dirty smelly socks all over and don't forget behind and under the furniture then add some wet towels use a variety of colors put some dirty dishes on the night stands and tv make sure some of them are milk glasses then through folded up clothes all around then kick them around a bit then open the closet pull some garments off the hangers some part way off and some all the way off add some half empty squished up bags of chips then kick it around and then through in some belts and shoes kick them around be sure to kick them in the clothes enough so you don't see them you know enough to trip over rub your hands and bare feet in some good black dirt and then rub them all over the walls stick some chewed up gum on the walls and night stands leave some snotty toilet paper wods every where and last but not least through in some dirty underwear to spice things up they will love it!!!!
