How to get dye out of leatherette?

I wore a navy suede suit jacket with a white purse and the dye from the jacket rubbed onto the white leatherette purse. It looks HORRIBLE!

I tried leather stain remover, and acetone-free nailpolish remover, but they didnt help a lot.

Anyone know of another way to get the stain out?!

Pour leather polish on top of it. Allow it 10 minutes to sink in. Dry the surface of the leather with a clean rag. Check to see if the stain still remains.Spray the area with water-based hair spray and once again let it sink in for 10 minutes. Wipe it up with a clean rag and check for removal of the dye.Mix one part white vinegar with one part water in a bowl. Mix it thoroughly with a spoon. Dip a small piece of cloth into the mix and gently cover the dye with the solution.
