why do girls/womens come outside with their pajamas on.?

where i live ladies/girls walks up and down the street,in stores just everywhere with they pjs on. looks to me is they get right out of bed a come out. what do you think?

it annoys me soo much, i see these teen girls sitting in the food court wearing those PJ boots or those ugly uggs and those PJ plaid flannel pants and some ugly hoodie wif they hair messed up.
guys hate it and it just makes them look meesed up and not pretty AT ALL
